Bilingual power of attorney (Portuguese / English)
To be represented in Brazil you will usually need to grant your lawyer a power of attorney. This template follows article 105 of the Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure, with Portuguese and English side by side, the standard general and special powers, and filling instructions - including the apostille rules for documents signed abroad.
